Ingredients:
- Dressing:
- 1 tablespoon stone ground mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups chopped greens – kale, endive, arugula etc
Directions:
- Whisk together dressing ingredients and toss with greens to evenly coat. Add additional dressing as desired. Serve immediately, enjoy!
- Dressing can be made up to 3 days in advanced and stored an air tight container in fridge.
