Workout of the Week #1.27 – Biceps/Triceps

Repeat each circuit 4x
perform each exercise 10 – 15reps
use as much weight as you can

Circuit 1:
Hammer Curl
Tricep Kickbacks

Circuit 2:
Concentration Curl
Dips

Circuit 3:
Cable Bicep Curl
Overhead Tricep Extension

Circuit 4:
Barbell 21’s
Skull Crushers
