Cream Cheese Frosting

This frosting recipe is easy but SOOOOOO good!! If you need cream cheese frosting for anything, this should be your go to recipe. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup [1 stick] unsalted butter – room temperature
  • 8oz cream cheese – room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 cups powdered sugar

Directions:

  1. Combine butter and cream cheese in a stand mixture – mix until creamy and lump free
  2. Add vanilla extract and salt – mix well.
  3. Turn mixture to low, 1 cup at a time, add powered sugar until creamy. To adjust consistency add a splash of milk or heavy cream to thin it out. Enjoy!
