This dish is SIMPLE! Only 2 ingredients for the actual cookie. It is a PERFECT dish to make with fall and all your cravings for everything pumpkin. I used a gluten free spice cake mix, but you can use your favorite spice mix! You must try the cream cheese frosting with these, it is AMAZING! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
- 1 box Spice Cake mix
- 1 can [15oz] pumpkin puree
- optional topping: cream cheese frosting
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350*F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper or baking mat.
- Combine cake mix and pumpkin puree in mixing bowl until well combined.
- Drop a large tablespoon of mixture onto baking sheet, cook 12 – 14 minutes or until outer cookie becomes firm.
- Enjoy as is or with homemade cream cheese frosting!
